Personal Background

A Dutch native, our family emigrated to the United States in 2002 and landed in Boonton Township, New Jersey. This lovely, warm and welcoming community embraced us, and we embraced it.

I am married and have 4 boys, now aged 14, 16, 18 and 20. The oldest two are pursuing their undergraduate degrees at TCNJ - The College of New Jersey, while the youngest are a freshman and junior at Mountain Lakes High School.

I started my career as an IBM mainframe administrator. I stayed with IT for quite a while but in ever more customer oriented positions: product specialist, help desk manager, sales manager.

Moving to the US in 2002 gave me a first hand experience buying a home and the entire process it involves, which eventually led me to pursue my career in real estate.
